Ori @ Light Festival of Jerusalem

Together with Jimmy a very lovely and good friend ( plastik7.com ), we designed and animated a little charming story of a little boy, that gets lost in his imagination. Together with Aricha Ronen, a light and laser artist ( showdesign.co.il ), we’ve put an installation called “ORI” which means My Light in hebrew. It was a very successful exhibition of projection, sound and light, as part of the 2009 Light festival of Jerusalem.

Enjoy!

Freaking Orito… brilliant concept, beautiful resolution. I saw it by coincidence on youtube, because you didn’t share it with me. Shame on you! When I start watching at the video, I remembered when you where telling me about your plans and this concept. And F***!!!, this is exactly how I visualized it: bricks falling, balls rolling, beautiful colours, the life of the light.
    Big hugh. I miss you.

This was nice dude, did you first modeled that building in 3D? :) very well done!

    Ronen.

There is no real 3D building, all 3D was done roughly using after effects stuff.
A little bit of the other elements where done in maya. Depth is not only 3D!
